Vegan Red Velvet Cupcake: Blend gluten free flour (sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), granulated sugar, cocoa powder, safflower oil, coffee, almond milk, red food color (propylene glycol, FD&C reds 40 and 3), baking soda, egg replacement (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening, cellulose gum, modified cellulose) vanilla extract, salt
